AAVITRA | Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Aavitra, we believe in intentional creation. Our pieces are not mass-produced; each item is custom-printed specifically for you once your order is placed. This commitment to quality and essentialism means our delivery process is structured into two phases: Production and Transit.


1. Production & Processing Time Because we operate on a Print-on-Demand model, every order undergoes a meticulous printing and quality check process.

  • Standard Orders: Typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.

     

  • Rush Orders: Orders placed during peak "drops" or holidays may take up to 5 business days to ensure the highest quality finish.

2. Shipping Partners & Transit Times Once your piece is ready, it is handed over to our premium logistics partners, primarily BlueDart or Delhivery, to ensure a reliable and sophisticated delivery experience.

  • Metro Cities (Bengaluru, Delhi, Mumbai, etc.): 2–4 business days post-dispatch.

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–6 business days post-dispatch.

  • Rural Areas: 5–8 business days post-dispatch.

Please note: Total time from order to doorstep is generally 5–10 business days.

3. Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location.

  • Standard Shipping: [e.g., Flat ₹70 across India]

  • Free Shipping: We offer complimentary shipping on all orders above [e.g., ₹1,499].

4. Tracking Your Order

Transparency is a pillar of our brand. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking ID and a link to monitor your package in real-time as it makes its way to you via our premium logistics partners.

5. Service Limitations

  • We currently ship exclusively within India.

  • We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).

  • In the rare event that your pincode is not serviceable by our primary carriers, we may utilize India Post (tracking for these orders may be limited).

     

6. Damages & Issues in Transit Aavitra is responsible for your order until it reaches your doorstep. If your package arrives damaged or tampered with, please contact us within 48 hours at hello@aavitra.com with photos of the packaging so we can resolve the issue immediately.
