By placing an order on aavitra.com, you agree to the terms and conditions laid out on this page. Aavitra reserves the right to update these terms without prior notice.

2. Placing Orders

We do not sell your personal information. We may share necessary information with trusted service providers involved in payment processing, order fulfillment, shipping, analytics, and website operations.

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation to the email provided. Every order must have a valid email address attached. When the confirmation email reaches your inbox, the binding agreement between you and Aavitra comes into effect.

If your order has not been delivered through no fault of your own, we will ensure it is delivered or send a replacement at no additional cost.

3. Cancellations

Every customer has the right to cancel their order within 12 hours of placement. Cancellation requests received after 12 hours will be void.

4. Safety

All products at aavitra.com meet Indian quality and safety standards. Every essential is carefully checked before dispatch.

5. Agreement

The agreement between the customer and Aavitra comes into effect once the order confirmation email has been sent.

Aavitra's part of the agreement is to ensure that you receive the product you ordered in perfect condition. You, the customer, only need to ensure that a complete and correct delivery address is provided at the time of placing your order.

6. Address & Delivery

Aavitra is responsible for delivery to the address provided when the order was placed. If an incorrect address was provided, please contact hello@aavitra.com immediately with your order number and the correct address.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns will only be accepted if the customer received the incorrect size or product, or if the product was damaged. If this is through no fault of the customer, Aavitra will cover the return shipping cost.

Once the product has been returned, the customer is eligible for a free exchange or to have the correct product sent at no additional charge.

8. Changes & Amendments

Aavitra reserves the right to make changes to its website without prior notice. This includes but is not limited to prices, products, discounts, and promotions.
