RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Aavitra offers a return and exchange policy with an option to return or exchange items purchased on our website within 7 days from the date of delivery.
The return and exchange option will be active within 24 hours from the time of delivery of the product.

Our delivery executives will carry out the return or exchange within 4–7 business days from the date of raising the request.

Return, Exchange & Refund Guidelines:
1. All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Items should be handed over to the delivery executive in an undamaged condition.
2. A refund will be initiated only if all quality check parameters are met at the time of doorstep inspection. The product must meet the following conditions:
- Returned in its original packaging
- All protective materials, labels and tags are intact
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- No signs of wear, stains or damage
- All accessories (if any) that came with the product must be returned
3. If you wish to exchange an item due to a size mismatch or if you have received a defective piece, Aavitra will provide a replacement free of cost.
4. Under our Exchange Policy, customers can exchange their product for any size of the same product or a different product of equal or higher value. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and serviceability of your location by our logistics partner.
5. If the customer does not hand over the product within 7 business days from the date the return or exchange request was raised, the request will be cancelled.
6. If the product is found to have been used or does not meet our return/exchange criteria at the time of pickup, it will no longer be eligible for a refund or exchange. In such cases, the product will remain with the customer and the request will be cancelled.
7. In the case of promotional offers or free gifts received along with a purchase, both the main product and all additional gifts must be returned together.
8. The Aavitra Return and Exchange Policy does not apply to special promotional schemes. Separate terms and conditions apply for each promotional scheme.
9. For any missing, incorrect or damaged product received, we will require an unboxing video as proof to process the return or exchange request.
10. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
