You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by WhatsApping us at +91 70228 85809 with your order number. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to return it to the delivery executive at the time of delivery. A refund will be processed once the item is received and quality checked.

You can raise a return or exchange request in 3 simple steps:

  2. Let us know whether you'd like a return or an exchange, and the reason.
  3. Our team will confirm your request and schedule a pickup within 24 hours.

Our delivery partner will attempt pickup within 4–7 business days from the date your return request is raised. You will be notified via WhatsApp or email before the pickup.

Once the product is picked up and passes our quality check, a refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

We offer free shipping on all orders across India. For orders below ₹599, a nominal delivery charge of ₹49 is applicable.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp. You can use this link to track your order in real time. If you don't receive tracking details within 48 hours of placing your order, please WhatsApp us at +91 70228 85809.

Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days depending on your location. You will receive updates at every stage of delivery via WhatsApp or email.
